ABOUT OUR COMPANY

The company Is having 2 manufacturing units of 20000 sq feet (carpet area) in prime industrial area of Odhav, in city Ahmedabad, in State Gujarat in the western India. Ahmedabad is a big industrial hub for variety of industries with best in class infrastructure and power availability in entire India. It is about 300 miles north of Mumbai.

Infrastructure

We have shed with complete EOT cranes, CNC plasma, Radial Drills, Boring, Plano Milling, 3 Roll Plate Bending Machines. Hydraulic Bend Press and Shears. We have MIG/TIG/ERW Welding Processes, Flame Cutting, Bend Saw Machine especially for Angle & Channels, Tube Bending Machine & Stainless-Steel Pipe Welding Unit. This Piping Unit is further to develop and make Speciality Pipes and Tubes. We have Portable Tools like Hand Grinders, Polishers, Cut-off Machines, Pneumatic Grinders, Drills, Tube Extractor & Tube Expanders with controllers. For Surface Finish & Painting we have Spray Painting and Iron Oxide Coating Machine. For Testing, we have best in class Hydraulic Testing Machine for testing hydraulic pressure upto 200 kg/cm2. And a Pneumatic Testing Machine to test the air pressure upto 100 PSI.

Material Handling

Shop is equipped with Electrically Operated Overhead Crane. And a Pneumatic Testing Machine to test the air pressure upto 100 PSI.

Pyramid Type Plate bending M/c. Minimum Diameter: 700 mm smallest.
Length: 2500 mm maximum.

Surface finish & Painting

Sand Blasting & Spray Painting. Power connection- 3 Phase, G.E.B. Connection. Back Up Facility – DG set of 160 KVA 415 Volts installed in case of Power Failure.
